Annette B. Czernik is an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor with 25+ years of coaching experience and 27+ years in senior roles within a global financial services organization. Her corporate career spans Marketing, Communications, and Human Resources, with leadership experience across Europe, the United States, and Latin America.

With this global and cross-functional background, Annette works at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and organizational culture. She partners with leaders, professionals, and creative minds to strengthen self-awareness, clarity, and leadership impact, particularly in times of change and transformation.

Annette holds diplomas in Banking and Human Resources Management, an M.A. in Work Science from Hanover University, and is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), USA, Story Coach Inc., Israel, as well as trauma-sensitive coaching programs by Verena König and the Polyvagal Academy, Germany. She is a recognized expert in the Hogan Assessment Suite and a passionate, lifelong learner.

She works fluently in German (native) and English.

Outside of coaching, she enjoys ballroom dancing, pilates, innovation, and a good business book; ideally with a piece of dark chocolate.
